** Shares of space infrastructure firm Redwire Corp RDW.N rise 6.10% to $8.18 after the bell

** RDW and ispace-U.S. sign a memorandum of understanding to jointly run commercial lunar exploration and science missions for NASA's Commercial Lunar Payload Services (CLPS) initiative and other customers

** CLPS contract is a multi-award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with a cumulative maximum contract value of $2.6 billion through 2028

** As of last close, RDW was down 52.3% YTD
