** Shares of Regal Partners RPL.AX rise as much as 3.7% to A$3.03, their highest level since August 25

** Bell Potter raises price target to A$4.10 from A$3.55 on higher revenue and profit forecasts due to increased funds under management (FUM)

** Regal Partners' FUM stood at A$19.2 billion ($12.65 billion), as of August 31, up 8% from June

** Brokerage expects inflows of A$1.7 billion over FY25

** Says improvement in operational performance is not reflected in current share price, even after stock's rebound from recent lows, and sees positive news flow in coming months
