** Shares of Australia's Regal Partners RPL.AX rise as much as 8.8% to A$3.7, their highest level since February 28

** Stock posts biggest intraday pct gain in more than five months

** Investment manager expects CY2025 normalised net profit after tax (NPAT) of about A$145 million ($96.93 million), up from A$97.5 million a year earlier

** Says funds under management (FUM) rose to nearly A$20.8 billion, as at December 31, 2025, from A$20 billion at September-end

** Stock fell 14.4% in 2025
