Regencell rises on joint venture for COVID-19 treatment

** Shares of Regencell Bioscience Holdings Ltd RGC.O rise
8.1% to $34.21
** Co's Hong Kong unit enters into a joint venture agreement
with Honor Epic Enterprises Ltd to offer COVID-related
treatments to patients in ASEAN countries, India, Japan,
Australia and New Zealand
** Regencell will own 60% of the joint venture with
customary drag-along option
** Regencell's strategic partner TCM practitioner, started
to develop a treatment formula targeting COVID patients, and RGC
and Honor will work together to make this treatment available
** Stock up more than 200% since July 16 IPO
