AbbVie strikes $10.9 billion deal for Apogee Therapeutics June 22 (Reuters) - AbbVie ABBV.N will acquire biotech Apogee Therapeutics APGE.O for $10.9 billion in cash, they said on Monday, as the company builds its next-generation immunology pipeline.
