Telix rises as it enters into cancer deal with Regeneron

** U.S.-listed shares of Australia's Telix Pharmaceuticals TLX.O rise 10% to $11.69 premarket

** Co says it will jointly develop cancer treatments with drugmaker Regeneron REGN.O in a deal valued at up to $2.1 billion

** Telix says to receive $40 million upfront for four early programs; companies to split development costs and profits equally

** Adds that it can opt into joint commercialization or collect milestone payments and low double-digit royalties

** Partnership combines Telix’s radiation-based drugs with Regeneron’s antibody technology to target solid tumors - TLX
