** Chief Operating Officer Curran Simpson named as CEO,
effective July 1
** Incumbent CEO Kenneth Mills to step down after 15 years
at the helm; he moves on to be the chairman of the board
** Co is currently testing its muscle disorder gene therapy
in patients with Duchenne muscular dystrophy
** Up to last close, stock down 24.4% YTD
