The Company announces that London & Scottish Property Investment Management Limited (the asset manager of the Company), PCA to Stephen Inglis, non-independent Director of the Company and CEO of the asset manager to the Company purchased 1,136,363 Ordinary Shares in the Company on 28 September 2021 at a price of 88 pence per share.
