Result of Annual General Meeting

 

Regional REIT (LSE: RGL), the regional property specialist, is pleased to
announce that, at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held today, all
resolutions were passed on a poll.

 

The results of the poll for each resolution were as follows:

Notes:

 

1.   Any proxy appointments giving discretion to the Chairman of the AGM
have been included in the "For" totals above for the appropriate resolution.

 

2.   Votes "For" and "Against" any resolution are expressed as a percentage
of votes validly cast for that resolution.

 

3.   A vote "Withheld" is not a vote in law and is not counted in the
calculation of the votes "For" or "Against" a resolution.

 

4.   The number of shares in issue on 15 May 2025 was 162,088,483 ordinary
shares, carrying one vote each. At that time, the Company did not hold any
shares in treasury.
