** Private equity firm KKR KKR.N has offered to buy U.S. natural gas and electricity distributor UGI Corp UGI.N for $9 billion, the Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter. nL4N44F0Y7
** BMS Group has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its U.S. reinsurance division to Willis Re, the two companies announced on Tuesday. nL6N44F0XF
** Goldman Sachs GS.N will buy commercial real estate investor LCN Capital Partners for as much as $410 million, the Wall Street bank said. nL4N44F0NO
** WCF Insurance has signed an agreement to buy specialty insurer Work First Casualty Company, the carrier announced. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close on December 1, 2026.nL6N44F0KC
** Global investment firm Brookfield BN.TO is taking a fourth shot at buying Reliance Worldwide RWC.AX with an A$4.1 billion ($2.91 billion) bid, despite a profit slump and an uncertain business outlook for the Australian plumbing supplies group created by tariffs and volatile housing activity. nL4N44E1FM
** Australian investment manager EQT Holdings EQT.AX said it had received a takeover proposal from U.S.-based brokerage firm TPG Global, LLC, valuing the company at A$657.8 million ($467.63 million). nL4N44F00K
** Alphabet's GOOGL.O Google is acquiring internal business data from bankrupt Spirit Airlines for $10 million, saying it plans to use the data for product development and training its AI models. nL1N44E0TP
** U.S.-based Madison Air Solutions MAIR.N said on Monday it would buy German fan maker ebm-papst in a $5.4 billion deal, expanding its air quality and ventilation business in a drive to tap the fast-growing data-centre cooling market. nL4N44E0NJ
** Indian fintech firm Paytm PAYT.NS said on Monday that Netherlands-based Resilient Asset Management, fully owned by its founder and CEO Vijay Shekhar Sharma, has proposed to sell up to a 4.98% stake in the company. nL4N44E11Y
