$3.15 premarket
    ** Co says patients treated with its experimental drug
REL-1017 showed clinically meaningful and sustained improvements
in depressive symptoms in a late-stage trial
    ** REL-1017 is currently in development for the adjunctive
treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD)
    ** Up to last close, shares down 20.1% YTD
