** Shares of British information group RELX REL.L down 1.79% at 2,585 p, top loser on London's FTSE 100 .FTSE
** Bookrunner says secondary offering by institutional investor priced at 25.65 pounds ($34.23) per share, a 2.6% discount to REL's last close

** Bookrunner on Tuesday announced the sale of 24 million shares from an institutional investor via a public bookbuild

** Up to Tuesday's close, stock had fallen 12.85%, compared with a 4.98% increase in FTSE

($1 = 0.7494 pounds)
