** Morgan Stanley cuts to "equal-weight" from "overweight", trims target price  to 2,970p from 3,320p

** Broker moderates legal segment growth forecasts to 9% p.a., no longer expects acceleration to 10%

** Says risk-reward now more balanced; cites scaling of Legal AI startups keeping competitive dynamics active

** RELX has fallen 18.2% YTD
