April 23 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index opened lower on Thursday, with futures FFIc1 down 0.49%.
* LSEG: London Stock Exchange Group LSEG.L said it expects annual revenue growth at the upper side of its forecast range.
* SEGRO: Warehouse landlord Segro SGRO.L said it signed 23 million pounds ($31.03 million) of new headline rent in the first quarter.
* ASOS: ASOS ASOS.L said that it has begun seeking refunds for U.S. tariffs paid during the first half of the year.
* WH SMITH: Travel retailer WH Smith SMWH.L suspended its dividend in a bid to reduce debt and secure its financial position.
* DOMINO'S PIZZA GROUP: UK's Domino's Pizza Group DOM.L said it recorded first-quarter like-for-like sales growth of 4.5%.
* HIKMA: Hikma Pharmaceuticals HIK.L reiterated its 2026 guidance, adding that, while it has faced some pressure on shipping, energy, and insurance costs due to the war in the Middle East, a key market for the firm, it was confident it could absorb the higher costs.
* BT GROUP: Britain's BT Group BT.L is teaming up with Nscale to build up to 14 megawatts of AI data centre capacity across three of its sites using Nvidia NVDA.O infrastructure, expanding its sovereign data service to public sector and business customers.
* BP: UK pension investor Nest plans to oppose re-election of BP BP.L Chair Albert Manifold at the company's AGM on Thursday. Meanwhile, a lockout at BP's refinery in Whiting, Indiana, enters its second month.
* INTERTEK: Matt Peltz, the son of activist investor Nelson Peltz, has built a stake in British product testing firm Intertek ITRK.L, the Financial Times reported on Thursday.
* EX-DIVS: Rolls-Royce Holdings RR.L, BAE Systems BAES.L, Fresnillo FRES.L, and Legal & General Group LGEN.L will trade without entitlement to their latest dividend payout on Thursday.
* COMMODITIES: Oil prices extended their gains on Thursday, while gold fell, and copper slid.
