** Shares of remittance processor  RELY.O  opened 23% above
their IPO price in market debut
    ** RELY opened at $52.90 vs. IPO price of $43 per share
    ** At the debut price, RELY clinched a market capitalization
of roughly $8.5 bln
    ** About 12.16 mln shares of RELY's common stock were sold
in the IPO, with existing shareholders offering about 5.13 mln
of the shares
    ** Co raised 301 mln through the offering
    ** RELY is a digital, cross-border remittance provider
