A round-up of notable broker activity this morning from Europe's top-ranked* analysts:
** Kepler Cheuvreux upgrades Dassault Aviation AM.PA to "buy" from "hold", stating that potential tariff impacts on its Falcon jet business can be mitigated by lower research and development spending and other cost-saving measures, and viewing the recent share price drop as an overreaction
** Deutsche Bank cuts Puma PUMG.DE to "hold" from "buy" after a weaker than expected Q2 EBIT and a "severe" downgrade to FY sales and EBIT guidance, making Puma a tough investment case until there is clarity in the strategy, in the broker's view
INITIATIONS AND REINSTATEMENTS
** Midcap Partners resumes coverage of French spirits maker Remy Cointreau RCOP.PA with "hold" rating, saying that it will need to wait one more quarter to gradually see Remy Cointreau's performance normalize, even as Q1 marked a return to growth after eight quarters of decline
