    ** Stock rallied 530% on Thursday
    ** SGD is the 5th most trending stock on retail investor

    ** Co, which made a debut in September, has seen its shares
fall 45.3% since 
    ** As of Thursday, SGD had market cap of $30.3 mln, 10 mln 
shares outstanding and a free float of 1.31 mln shares 
    ** Safe & Green Holdings Corp  SGBX.O , which owns 70% of
co's shares outstanding, up 14.2% at $0.83 premarket 
    ** SGBX jumped 78.2% on Thursday even as co reported a wider
Y/Y loss 
    ** Up to last close, SGBX up ~14% this year
