Brief: IPCO China updates on unit's internal restructuring process

Oct 26 (Reuters) - IPCO International Ltd  IPCO.SI : 
 * China subsidiary, Hubei Zhong Lian Huan Energy Investment has agreed to pay a 
   transfer fee of RMB1 million 
 * Says transfer is part of the group's internal restructuring process to 
   streamline the group's investments 
 * Transfer fee in exchange for China Environmental Energy Protection Investment 
   Ltd's right to invest in Hai Yang Zhong Huan 
 * There will not be any material impact on the earnings per share of the 
   company for the current financial year ending 30 April 2016
