Nov 11 (Reuters) - Ipco International Ltd  IPCO.SI  
    * On 10 november 2016 entered into a placement agreement 
with several placees 
    * Nt proceeds from placement after deducting expenses 
incurred in connection with placement is expected to amount to 
approximately s$1.9 million 
    * Co proposes to issue up to aggregate of 1.06 billion new 
ordinary shares in capital of company at placement price of 
s$0.0018 per placement share
