 * The investment in Hai Yang Zhong Huan not expected to have material impact on financial position of co for current financial year 
 * Hai yang zhong huan will increase its authorised capital to RMB30 million 
 * Says Hai Yang Zhong Huan invited Hubei Zhong Lian Huan to subscribe 90% or RMB27 million of the total share capital
