March 4 (Reuters) - Endeavour Mining Corp  EDV.TO : 
 * To acquire true gold to grow its low-cost gold production 
 * Karma gold mine in burkina faso is nearing production start-up with first 
   gold pour anticipated in late March / early April 2016 
 * With the closing, intend to see karma complete its production ramp-up and 
   then commence construction of the houndé project 
 * Will integrate karma into existing operations management structures
