Renew (AIM: RNWH), the Engineering Services
Group supporting UK infrastructure, announces that David Brown, Chairman,
has notified the Company that earlier today he purchased 5,878 ordinary shares
of 10p each in the Company at a price of 677p per share.

 

As a result, David Brown's holding in the Company is now 12,920 shares
