H1 Trading Update & Notice of Results
Renew (AIM: RNWH), the leading Engineering Services Group supporting the
maintenance and renewal of critical UK infrastructure, today provides an
update on trading for the six months ended
31 March 2023.
The Board is pleased to confirm that trading for the first half of the year is
in-line with management's expectations. The Group's healthy order book
continues to be underpinned by long-term framework positions and is expected
to be similar to that reported at our AGM in January. The Group remains net
cash positive with cash generation in-line as planned. The Group continues to
successfully manage the well documented inflationary pressures and supply
chain challenges in the wider economy.
Enisca, acquired in November 2022, is integrating well with the wider Group
and is trading in-line with management expectations.
The Board remains confident of a successful performance in the second half of
the year.
Renew's interim results for the six months ended 31 March 2023 will be
announced on Tuesday
16 May 2023.
