("TRIG" or "the Company", a London-listed investment company advised by
InfraRed Capital Partners ("InfraRed") as Investment Manager and RES
("Renewable Energy Systems") as Operations Manager)

Retirement of Senior Independent Director Shelagh Mason

Shelagh Mason, the Senior Independent Director on the Board of Directors of
TRIG today retires from her position. Shelagh has been on the Board of
Directors of TRIG since the Company's IPO in 2013. The Company's Directors and
Managers extend their thanks to Ms Mason for her invaluable contribution to
the success of TRIG over the last nine years.

John Whittle, who was appointed to the TRIG Board on 1 July 2021, will assume
the role of the Senior Independent Director on Ms Mason's retirement.

Helen Mahy CBE, Chairman of TRIG, said: "Shelagh has made a crucial
contribution to the success of TRIG. I would like to thank her for her
invaluable services as a Director of the Company and, on behalf of the TRIG's
Board of Directors and its Managers, I wish Shelagh the very best in her
future endeavours."
