The Renewables Infrastructure Group Limited

("TRIG" or "the Company", a London-listed investment company advised by
InfraRed Capital Partners ("InfraRed") as Investment Manager and RES
("Renewable Energy Systems") as Operations Manager)

Appointment of non-executive Director

The Board announces that Selina Sagayam will be appointed as a non-executive
director of the Company with effect from 1 March 2023.

Ms Sagayam brings deep corporate finance and legal experience from her
employment at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher where she is a leader of the firm's
Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Practice and a Partner in their
Corporate Group. She also has extensive experience as a mergers &
acquisitions, financial services and regulatory law adviser.

Ms Sagayam has previously been a Non-executive Director of Hastings Group
Holdings PLC and was seconded as Secretary to the UK Panel on Takeovers and
Mergers.

Ms Sagayam chairs Gibson Dunn's UK Diversity & Inclusion Committee and
sits on its Global Diversity Committee. She is a trustee of the charity Refuge
(and chair of its People, Nomination and Remuneration Committee) and is also a
member of the board of the Corporate Finance Faculty of the ICAEW.
