The Renewables Infrastructure Group Limited

"TRIG" or "the Company", a London-listed investment company advised by
InfraRed Capital Partners ("InfraRed") as Investment Manager and Renewable
Energy Systems ("RES") as Operations Manager.

Notice of Interim Results

TRIG advises that it plans to announce its Interim Results for the six months
ended 30 June 2025 on Friday 8 August 2025.

There will be a results presentation for analysts and institutional investors
at 10:00 on the day. This will be a hybrid event with an in-person
presentation at InfraRed's offices (Level 7, One Bartholomew Close, Barts
Square, London, EC1A 7BL) and the option to watch a livestream. A recording of
the event will be uploaded to the TRIG website shortly thereafter.

In-person registration will begin at 09:30 (UK time). The presentation will
start at 10:00 (UK time), followed by a Q&A session.

The Company will also be hosting a separate presentation for retail investors

up until 09:00 the day before the meeting or at any time during the live
presentation.
