The Board of the Company is pleased to announce that the resolution put to shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on Friday 9 November 2018 as follows: 
 



SPECIAL RESOLUTION


THAT, the Directors be and are hereby authorised to allot, issue and/or sell up to 52,753,778 New Ordinary Shares for cash as if Article 7 (Pre-emption) of the Company's Articles of Association did not apply, as described in the Circular of the Company dated 22 October 2018.
