Result of Extraordinary General Meeting
 
The Board of the Company is pleased to announce that the sole resolution put to shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 17 October 2019 was passed: 
 



ORDINARY RESOLUTION


THAT, the Company's investment policy be amended by deleting the first paragraph under the heading "Investment Limits" and replacing it with the following new paragraph:
 
"Investments are made in the UK and other European countries (including France, Ireland, Germany and Scandinavia) where the Directors, the Investment Manager and the Operations Manager believe there is a stable renewable energy framework. Not more than 65 per cent. of the Portfolio Value (calculated at the time of investment) may be invested in investments that are located outside the UK."
