Directorate Change

 

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Wilson as a
Non-executive Director with effect from 1 June 2022. Stephen will also join
the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.

 

Stephen is currently Chief Executive of Genus plc. He previously held the role
of Group Finance Director at Genus for six years. Prior to Genus, Stephen was
the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Misys plc for over
three years, following 25 years at IBM in which he held several finance and
business development roles. From 2012 to 2016 Stephen was a Non-executive
Director and chair of the Audit Committee at Xchanging plc.

 

Stephen is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and
holds an MA in mathematics from Cambridge University.

 

There is no further information to be disclosed for the purposes of Listing
Rule 9.6.13R. Stephen does not currently hold any shares in the Company.

 

Commenting on the appointment, Sir David McMurtry, Executive Chairman said:

 

"Stephen has extensive business leadership experience, including strategic,
financial and business development experience in the software sector, which
will be a welcome addition to Renishaw's Board."
