Renishaw plc announces a revised date for the publication of its final results for the year ended 30 June 2021.
The Group's auditor, Ernst & Young LLP, has requested additional time to complete its review procedures and as a result, the Group now expects to announce its final results on 21 October 2021, a short delay to the previously planned date of 30 September 2021.
The Board confirms that final results are expected to be in line with the trading update provided on 7 July 2021.  The Group has seen a strong start to this financial year and currently has a record order book.
There will be a webcast presentation of the results together with a question and answer session on 21 October 2021 at 10:00 BST.
