Revised date for publication of results

 

 

Renishaw plc (the 'Company') announces that it will publish its results for
the year ended 30(th) June 2023 on Tuesday, 19(th) September 2023. This was
originally scheduled for Thursday, 14(th) September 2023.

 

For the year ended 30(th) June 2023, the Company expects to report revenue of
£688.6m (FY2022 £671.1m) and adjusted profit before tax of £141.0m (FY2022
£163.7m), both in line with previous guidance.

 

There will be an audio-only results webcast question and answer session at
10:30 BST on 19(th) September. There will be no presentation at this webcast;
instead, a pre-recorded video presentation of the results will be embedded in
the RNS statement released at 07:00 BST on 19(th) September.
