Defence companies slip in Europe ahead of Trump-Putin meeting

** Shares in European arms makers move lower on Monday, ahead of a planned meeting between U.S. President Donald Trump and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin

** The STOXX aerospace and defence index .SXPARO, which rose some 51% YTD until Friday's close, is down around 1% to more than one-week low

** German companies Rheinmetall RHMG.DE, Renk R3NK.DE, and Hensoldt HAGG.DE fall between 2.7% and 3.7%

** France's Thales TCFP.PA and Dassault Aviation AM.PA are down 4.6% and 1.7%, respectively; Britain's BAE Systems BAES.L is down 1.4%, Italy's Leonardo LDOF.MI and Fincantieri FCT.MI fall 2.47% and 1.8%
