Annual Report and Accounts
Renold announces that it has posted to shareholders its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2015, together with a circular containing the notice of its annual general meeting to be held on 21 July 2015, both of which are available for download from the Company's website at www.renold.com. Copies of the annual report and accounts, the notice of annual general meeting and proxy card have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM. Further copies are available from the Company's registered office at Renold House, Styal Road, Wythenshawe, Manchester M22 5WL.
Renold plc announced its final results on 26 May 2015 in accordance with the financial reporting obligations of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
