* Says it plans to set up a joint split company with United
Corporation
* Says the company and United Corporation will transfer
stake in United Renewable Energy Co Ltd (URE) and biomass power
generation business related rights and obligations, which is
operated by URE, to this new joint split company
* Says the company and United will hold a 51 percent stake
and a 49 percent stake in the new split company respectively
* Effective July 7
