Jan 29 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Wednesday.

Banco Santander posted on Wednesday a 35% increase in
fourth-quarter net profit from a year earlier boosted by a solid
performance in its main market Brazil and extraordinary capital

Wednesday Santander plans to move its asset management business
