RentGuarantor (AIM: RGG), a provider of rent guarantee services to prospective
tenants across the socio-economic spectrum wishing to rent property in the
UK(1) private rental sector, announces that the Company's 2026 Annual General
Meeting ("AGM") will be held on Thursday 9 April 2026 at 10:00 am (BST) in the
offices of Druces LLP, 99 Gresham St, London, EC2V 7NG.
The notice of the AGM and the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements
for the year ended 31 December 2025 are available to download on the Company's

shareholders who have requested a hard copy.
