Quarterly Trading Update

 

 

RentGuarantor (AIM: RGG), a provider of rent guarantee services to prospective
tenants across the socio-economic spectrum wishing to rent property in the
UK(1) private rental sector, is pleased to provide an unaudited quarterly
trading update for the three-month period ended 30 September 2025 ("Q3" or the
"Quarter").

 

Highlights

 

·    Continued strong growth

For Q3 2025, revenue is up 92.4% year-on-year ("YoY") compared with the same
quarter last year, and the average revenue per tenant contract also rose by
5.2% YoY.

 

The results for the three months ended 30 September 2025, and nine months
ended 30 September 2025 ("9m") are presented in the table below. These figures
are rounded and are unaudited:

·    Expansion of partnership network

In Q3, the Company expanded its partnership network by adding a total of 52
new lettings agents, charities, councils and universities.

 

·    Admission to AIM

During the Quarter, RentGuarantor's ordinary shares were admitted to trading
on the AIM Market, positioning the Company to execute its growth strategy by
having its shares quoted on a globally renowned growth market.

 

·    Partnership with Rob Rinder

In Q3 2025, RentGuarantor announced a brand ambassador partnership with
barrister, broadcaster and author Rob Rinder MBE, which will help the Company
to expand its reach and further deliver on its mission to inform tenants about
professional guarantors as a potential solution to help secure rented
accommodation, whilst also outlining the surety benefits for landlords.

 

·    Release of Interim Results

RentGuarantor announced its interim results for the six months ended 30 June
2025 during the Quarter, highlighting transformational growth and record
interim financial figures.

 

·    Attendance at industry and investor conferences

RentGuarantor attended four industry and investor events during the Quarter,
helping to increase the visibility of the Company amongst key stakeholders.

 

 

Paul Foy, CEO of RentGuarantor, said: "Q3 2025 will go down as one of the
most significant periods for RentGuarantor to date. The Quarter was dominated
by our admission to AIM - the culmination of many months of hard work and a
key strategic milestone in the Company's plans. It was a pleasure to celebrate
this historic day with our brilliant team, long-standing shareholders, and
team of advisers, who have collectively helped set the Company up for future
growth.

 

During the Quarter, we also announced our brand ambassador partnership with
Rob Rinder, a high-profile public figure and legal expert who will help us
drive consumer and landlord education surrounding the important role of
guarantors.

 

Our positive engagement with a number of industry groups has continued, having
onboarded 52 new lettings agents, charities, councils and universities -
helping their clients access our professional guarantor solution. This was
supported by our attendance at four industry conferences, whereby we expanded
our network and further built on our leading position within the sector.

 

Whilst my eye is firmly set on the future of RentGuarantor, it's also
important to draw attention to the growth we have already achieved to date; in
Q3, revenue increased by 92.4% year-on-year, and further achievements were
highlighted in our record interim results.
