ACQUISITION OF STERITECH GROUP INC. COMPLETES
Catalyst for driving accelerated growth and significantly enhanced margins in North America
Rentokil Initial plc (FTSE: RTO, "the Company") today announces the completion of its acquisition of The Steritech Group, Inc. ("Steritech"). More details of the transaction are contained in the Company's announcement of 1 September 2015. Completion follows satisfaction of certain customary conditions, including Hart-Scott-Rodino anti-trust clearance.
