Rentokil Initial plc (the "Company") hereby notifies the market that an application has been made for a total of 14,001,954 ordinary shares of 1 pence each to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
Admission of the shares to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange is expected to occur on Friday 7 October 2016.
These shares are issued as a result of the Rentokil Initial plc 2006 Performance Share Plan and 2008 Share Incentive Plan. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
