Additional listing of shares
Rentokil Initial plc (the "Company") announces that that an application has been made for a total of 8,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. The shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
Admission of the shares to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange is expected to occur on Monday 13 March 2017.
These shares will be issued under the rules of the Rentokil Initial plc 2006 Performance Share Plan.
