Appointment of Senior Independent Director
Rentokil Initial plc (the "Company") announces that Chris Geoghegan has today been appointed as the new Senior Independent Director of the Company. Chris joined the Board in June 2016. As previously announced, Alan Giles, a Non-Executive Director of the Company since 2006, is due to retire at the close of today's annual general meeting. He will resign as Senior Independent Director, as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and as a member of the Audit and Nomination Committees at that time. Chris Geoghegan will also succeed Alan Giles as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
