The Company hereby announces that Jeremy Townsend (a person discharging managerial responsibility) has exercised his award of 464,655 shares granted under the Rentokil Initial plc Performance Share Plan (PSP) in March 2014, with 219,156 of these shares being sold at a share price of 290.9529p to cover his tax and national insurance liability. The balance of 245,499 shares have been transferred to his spouse.
