Peter Long steps down as Non-executive Director
Rentokil Initial plc (FTSE: RTO) announces that Peter Long stepped down as a non-executive director on 31 December 2014, as previously announced in April 2014.
Alan Giles will take on the role of senior independent non-executive director with effect from 1 January 2015.
The Board is appreciative of Peter's outstanding contribution to Rentokil Initial since joining the Board in 2002.
