Notice of Management Presentation

Rentokil Initial plc (the "Company") will announce its Interim Results for the
six months ended 30 June 2023 on Thursday, 27 July 2023. A management
presentation and Q&A for investors and analysts will be held on 27 July
from 9.15am at the offices of Goldman Sachs, 25 Shoe Lane, London EC4 4AU.
Analysts and investors wishing to attend should register in advance by email
