** Bernstein upgrades stock to "outperform" from "underperform" and raises target price to 570p from 313p

** Brokerage says stronger organic revenue growth, disciplined cost control and cash flow management support RTO's improving performance, which is in line with industry trends

** "Expect organic growth can improve 3%-5% as the market remains supportive and strategic investments pay off"- Bernstein
