** RTO among biggest losers on the FTSE 100 .FTSE, which is down 0.01%

** RTO names OnTrac’s Mike Duffy as CEO; to succeed Andy Ransom after his retirement in March

** Jefferies says announcement removes a key overhang, and that Duffy brings strong U.S. multi-site experience and a proven record of transforming PE-owned firms and driving profitable growth

** RTO gained 11.3% in 2025, while .FTSE rose 20.2%
