$10.30 in after-market trade
    ** Cancer treatment developer inks worldwide license and
collaboration agreement with Roche  ROG.S  for camonsertib

    ** Under deal, RPTX will receive $125 mln upfront payment
and is also eligible for additional $1.2 bln in milestone
payment, plus royalties on global sales

    ** Stock down 58.5% YTD, up to last close
