** Mesa Air MESA.O shares fall 1% to $1 after posting Q4 loss

** Co posts Q4 net loss of 60 cents, narrower than the loss of 69 cents in same quarter last year

** MESA Q4 total operating revenue up nearly 1% to $115.3 mln

** Including session moves shares are down 13.8% YTD compared with a 10% YTD decline in the Nasdaq Transport Index .IXTR
