 * Reports solid growth in net income for the fourth quarter of 2014

 * Core bank's provision for loan and lease losses was $1.4 million in Q4 
   compared to $552,000 during the fourth quarter of 2013 
 * Net interest income at the core bank increased to $29.4 million during Q4 of 
   2014, 10% increase over the fourth quarter of 2013 
 * Qtrly net interest income $29.5 million versus $26,74 million
