Australian healthcare stocks head for best day in 18 months on CSL profit beat

** Australian healthcare stocks  .AXHJ  jump as much as
5.3%, eyeing their best session since Aug. 19, 2020
    ** Biotech major CSL Ltd  CSL.AX  drives gains, rising as
much as 8%
    ** CSL reports H1 net profit after tax of $1.76 bln, a 5%

    ** Stock on track for best session since Aug. 19, 2020
    ** Cochlear  COH.AX  up as much as 2.9%, on track for best
session since Feb. 2 
    ** Resmed  RMD.AX  and Sonic Healthcare  SHL.AX  climb as
much as 2.2% and 1.8%, respectively
    ** Healthcare index hits highest level since Feb. 10
    ** AXHJ down 16.2% this year, as of last close,
underperforming the benchmark's  .AXJO  3.2% drop
